It’s My Favorite Month!

Happy September 🍂

September has always felt like a month of magic. The air shifts, the seasons begin to turn, and there’s this quiet invitation to set new intentions and realign with what truly matters. Spiritually, September is often seen as a month of transitions and harvest. It’s a time to reflect on what we’ve been growing all year and to prepare for the final stretch before the new year. It’s about balance, grounding, and creating space for new beginnings.

And for me, September is extra special because it’s my birthday month! Another reason I love this season of reflection, release, and renewal.

Cinnamon Through the Door ✨

One of my favorite rituals to welcome abundance this month is the cinnamon door practice. On the first day of the month, you blow ground cinnamon into your front door while focusing on your intentions. Cinnamon has long been associated with prosperity, warmth, and protection. The act of blowing it through your doorway is symbolic, inviting abundance, love, and positive energy into your home. It’s a small but powerful way to start the month aligned.

The Energy of September 🌙

Energetically, September carries the vibration of fresh starts with grounded action. Unlike the big, fast energy of the new year in January, September feels more rooted. It’s about planting seeds with intention while honoring the wisdom you’ve gained throughout the year. Spiritually, the number 9 (September being the 9th month) represents completion, closing old cycles and stepping into a new chapter with clarity. This is why September feels like such a perfect time for reflection and fresh goals.

Community & Connection 🌿
