What Is a Reflector?
Reflectors are energetically open—every single center in your Human Design chart is undefined. That doesn’t mean something’s missing. In fact, it’s the opposite. Your openness allows you to deeply sample, sense, and reflect the energy of people, places, and environments.
You’re the mirror of the collective.
You absorb and amplify the energy around you—meaning your well-being is closely tied to your environment, community, and relationships.
Because of your openness, your energy and identity are fluid, ever-changing. You may feel different from day to day, week to week, and even hour to hour—and that’s not wrong. That’s your superpower.
Your Strategy: Wait a Lunar Cycle (28 Days)
This is one of the most unique parts of being a Reflector. You’re designed to take your time with big decisions.
Why? Because your energy flows with the moon. Over the course of 28 days, the moon moves through all 64 gates in the Human Design system, giving you a full “tour” of your chart through different energetic lenses.
By giving yourself a full lunar cycle to process, feel, and sense what’s right, you tap into clarity that goes deeper than mental logic or outside pressure.
This doesn’t mean you can’t make small everyday choices—but for big life decisions? Slowness is your strength.
